Exchange started after seller accepted the most profitable bid on his offer.






So as the bid on the offer was accepted by the seller the exchange were established and 7 steps will take place. On Step 1 the system will determine who needs to send the funds first. Exchange Zone member which will transfer money first becomes User A and his exchange partner becomes User B.



Step 1 – Pay money to Liberty Reserve (User A)


On this step User A can see his payment details (amount he will pay, payment type, from which account he will pay and to which account money will be transferred). He just need to write some comment to his exchange partner. After clicking “Pay” button User A will be redirected to Liberty Reserve site to log in and make money transfer.

Also, as you can see, there are names of exchange partners (one of them is online and another is offline). By clicking on these links you will see information about them. Also you can write and send message to the partner. If you want to see related offer you just can go to Offer ID link and you will be redirected to this offer.






To cancel exchange (User A)


On Step 1, you have opportunity to cancel exchange if you do not want to proceed it. You just need to click “Cancel Exchange” button and you'll be redirected to cancel exchange page.





Type the text of reason why you want to cancel this exchange and click “Submit” button to confirm your decision.




The reason why exchange was canceled will be shown to your exchange partner.




Step 2 – Wait while the system will check your payment


On Step 2, you have to wait for a few minutes while system checks the payment which was provided by User A on Step 1.




Step 3 – Make a money transfer to the partner (User B)


After User A sent money to Liberty Reserve and system approves it User B has make money transfer to User's A account. On this step he should provide information about this payment.




If all the information is correct User B have to submit it and move to next step to proceed exchange.



To cancel exchange (User B)


On Step 3, you have opportunity to cancel the exchange if you do not want to proceed with it. The procedure of an exchange cancellation is the same as on Step 1 performed by User A. See section "To cancel exchange (User A)".



Step 4 – Check and confirm transfer (User A)


At this step, User A have to verify that he received money from his exchange partner. If everything is correct he needs to confirm by clicking on “Confirm” button . After this exchange will move on Step 5.






Step 5 – Account funding (User B)


After User A confirmed that he received the payment the system will send money to User's B account.




Step 6 – How to rate your partner (User A and User B)


On Step 6 Users have to rate each other. To do it just open drop-down and choose appropriate value from the list.






To complete exchange process you need to type some comment about exchange and your exchange partner and click “Completed” button.






Step 7 – The exchange is completed


On Step 7 your exchange becomes completed and you can't do anything about it.



How to send arbitrage request


You can send arbitrage request to say that something strange happened on steps 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of your exchange. Our Support Team will receive your appeal and will respond on it. You should send arbitrage request in such cases:

- if the exchange was locked because of lost escrow;

- if the exchange was locked because payment verification failed;

- if User B didn't pay needed sum of money or payed nothing;

- if one of exchange partners for a long time did nothing about exchange and exchange was locked;

- if sending money to the partner failed.


To send arbitrage request you need to click “Request Arbitrage” button to be redirected to the page where you will be able to type in needed text and “Submit”.
