If you forgot your password, you do not need to register again. In this case you can just restore it.

Send Secure Code Request

To reset your password, please go to the Log on page and click on “I forgot password” link.

Here type in your E-mail address, Display name and digits that you can see on the picture.

If the information you entered is correct after you will then click the  “Send” button, the requested code will be sent to your e- mail.

Please note that the code is valid within 24hrs after it was sent.

Enter Secure Code to restore password

To proceed to the restore password procedure, open the “Enter Secure Code” tab, then paste the received secure code and enter digits from the picture below.  After this, click “Submit” button and you will be able to set new password.

Enter and save new password

Now you are ready to set a new password.

Please enter new password which should contain 5-20 characters and then repeat your new password in the field below. Press “Submit” button.
